Great product but Horrible shipping

"Love the product but will not order direct from the company again. When my last order didn’t show up after two weeks, I was told that was normal shipping time. A few days later, had to call back to get a replacement that I was told would ship on an expedited basis. That order never showed up, although the first order was eventually delivered after about 3 1/2 weeks. Shipping would get a 0, if I could review it."

way better than any conditioner I have used for years

"I have very thick wavy hair that runs DRY. LolaVie Restorative Conditioner breathes new life in every time I use it. After shampooing I apply, massage in for around a minute, then rinse most but not quite all of it out. No blow dry - I towel dry then pull a comb lightly through and scrunch. Nature takes its course and my hair feels better and looks terrific. If I do say so myself. ;-)"
